UPB Annual report for 2017

In 2017, UPB group’s consolidated net turnover reached 149 million euros. When assessing the accomplishments of the previous year, UPB has marked two main directions - creation of new products and focus on larger, more complex projects. Company’s groups made significant investments in the expansion of production areas, modernisation of production, and increase of capacity.

The ratio between export projects and local projects in 2017 was 66% : 34%. There is an increasing interest about UPBs offered Design&Build and 3C projects that offer modern and complex solutions with high added value and effective execution. Through combining modern solutions, irregular steel and concrete constructions, UPB has executed such projects as the 28 storey and 115 meters high Stockholm New office building in Sweden, LOC Arena, Baku Airport hangar as well as IKEA Shopping Centre. A new UPB group IT company SIA Alto 4.0 is established that offers the systems and their corresponding modules developed and successfully implemented by UPB, as well as solutions tailored to industrial companies of different profiles.
