Aile AltoNova windows and doors have 3 sealing levels for excellent wind and water tightness and thermal insulation. Window technical performance and design are suited as for residential buildings as well as for public buildings with technically complicated engineering solutions.

Optimal thermal insulation value -Uw up to 0.77 W/m2K.

With additional thermal cladding passive house standard can be reached.

Various levels of solar protection, sound insulation, personal security and heat insulation can be achieved by choice of glazing types and thickness. In order to provide optimal indoor climate and light control, as well as easy maintenance, wood-aluminium structures can be offered also with manually or automatically operated blinds integrated in insulated glass units. SURFACE FINISH

For the processing of wooden parts environmentally friendlier water-based paints are being used. Wooden constructions are available in all the colours offered by the RAL catalogue, furthermore, a wide range of lacquers is available preserving natural wooden look. External aluminium claddings available in all the RAL catalogue colours, and coating layers of exclusive design are available at the choice of our customers. 

HARDWARE AND MECHANISM

Aile AltoNova windows are inwards opening. Operating and tilting function of the windows is provided by GU, Siegenia or similar hardware suppliers. Use of high quality hardware allows to develop up to 200 kg heavy turn and tilt casements. Aile AltoNova windows and balcony doors can be equipped with hardware providing safety class RC1-RC3. Requirements regarding child-safety can be met using handles with locks or opening restrictors.

Window and door handles are made of aluminium with paint or powder paint coating. Upon rquest stainless steel handles are available. Standart colors for handles are white, dark brown and silver.

MATERIAL

Most used wood for windows is pine. For window casement is used hardest part of pinewood. To meed client and architect requirements we can offer other type of timbers like mahogany, oak, etc. External aluminium linings come in a wide range of profiles and solutions meeting the requirements of various design and application. Wood used in Aile Group production has international FSC certificate confirming that wood was bought from properly handled forest.

ACCESSORIES

VENTILATION

A standard hardware set provide for ventilation in tilting position. The turning of window handle in 45° position decreases the pressure in the sealing, thus providing easy and regular circulation of fresh air. Depending on the air circulation and acoustic levels required inside the building various solutions for extra ventilation equipment are offered.

SHADING AND BLINDS

Shading can be provided with blinds fastened at the window and door casements/frames indoors, or blinds built-in in the insulating glass unit between the glass panes. Manually and automatically operated blinds are available. In order to protect premises from overheating in the summertime, glasses absorbing and reflecting solar energy can be used. Advantage of integrated blinds are that they don't get wet, dusty or dirty and they can't be abused by little hands or paws. Smart automated control units control blinds automatically as you wish them to operate during you are at home or when you are out.

WINDOW SILLS

Internal and external window sills are not included in the standard offer, however, these can be delivered upon request. Internal window sills can be made of wood and both internal and external sills are available in all color range.
