Building a Safer Workplace
In our facilities and administrative spaces, we emphasize optimal working conditions and prioritize employee safety. New employees receive training on occupational health and environmental protection tailored to their specific tasks, while existing employees undergo annual training.
Also our approach involves conducting regular safety audits and evaluating factories to identify areas where improvements can be made.
Elevating Safety Standards
We regularly enhance workplace safety at all levels - from the factories to product delivery.
Our occupational safety specialists monitor industry best practices and adjust our operational processes to comply with the growing safety and environmental standards. We engage in regular theoretical and practical training and share the insights we gain with our colleagues.
Setting an Example
As part of the State Labour Inspectorate's campaign "Be Sure That Work is Safe!" (Esi drošs, ka darbs ir drošs!), our group company, Stiklu centrs, was recognized as one of the industry’s best examples in adhering to workplace safety requirements.
In Kurzeme region, we are one of three companies chosen by the State Labour Inspectorate to receive this certificate of recognition.
